We welcome you to meet Santa in the most magical of surroundings!
This activity is suitable for families with children of all ages. What better way to meet Santa and tell him all the reasons why you’re on his ‘nice’ list this year, than in his private cabin, tucked away in the snowy forest.
When he’s not busy preparing for Christmas, at his Christmas House office, his favorite place to be is in the peaceful surroundings of his cabin in the forest.
Not only will you have the chance to meet Santa, but you will also get to enjoy a workshop with his best helpers, where they will tell you everything you need to know about the life of an elf. The elves will also join you for gingerbread making, so you have a sweet treat to enjoy during your time in the forest.
Of course, Santa wouldn’t be able to deliver presents all over the world without the help of his loyal reindeer. They too enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest and will be happy to see you when you come to visit. You will have time to meet, feed and take some photos with them, as they take some rest before their big journey.
When your turn comes to visit Santa, he will be sure create special, quality time just for your family. You will have a private meeting with Santa in his forest cabin – you can ask him any questions you may have and you are welcome to take as many photos and videos with your own devices as you wish.

Would you like to meet Santa without joining the queue?
During December, it is possible to skip the line and book a private meeting with Santa Claus in his office, only for you and your family!
Please choose a time and date that is best for you. Simply arrive 5 minutes before your time slot, so as soon as it's your time, you are ready to enter.
Once you enter Santa's enchanting office, you will have approximately 10 minutes to sit and chat with him, telling him how your year has been and what your wishes are for Christmas. He will be happy to listen to your tales and tell you all about the work he has been doing to get ready for the big day!
Santa's friendly elf will take a photo for you, which can be collected from the Christmas House Shop after your visit. One A5 photo per family is included in this booking. You can also purchase additional photo options if you wish.
Maximum group size is 10 people.
Please note that this meeting takes place in a private meeting location, not at the Christmas House Santa Office - it is a very short walk from the Christmas House Santa Office and a map will be provided in your confirmation email to show you the exact location.

In the Santa Claus Holiday Village, you can visit Santa Claus for free. However, if you want to avoid queuing, invite Santa Claus to visit your cabin. You can ask Santa Claus a variety of questions that preoccupy your mind, or you can listen what Santa Claus wants to tell you and your family. When Santa Claus visits your cabin you can take as many photographs as you wish. You can also request Santa Claus to distribute personal gifts when he comes to visit.
Only for the residents of hotel Santa Claus Holiday Village.If you want Santa Claus distributes the gifts, please deliver them to the Christmas
House store before 4 pm on the day of the meeting.
Private meeting at your own cottage and your own camera/video free use and Santa Claus can bring your own gifts.

If you are looking for a unique place to enjoy an unforgettable meal with your friends, come and enjoy the dinner in our glass igloo. The igloos are located on the terrace of our Three Elves restaurant. In the warm igloo, you can observe the darkening sky and, if you're lucky, witness the brilliance of the northern lights in the starry sky. The igloo can be booked for a group of up to 8 people. Dinner in a glass igloo will crown your trip to Lapland!

Once darkness falls, we will take you to an excellent place to see the Northern Lights. If you’re lucky, you will be able to watch an impressive color dance in the northern sky. As the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, we cannot guarantee they will appear. Regardless, the nighttime tours are always memorable, and a guided tour is a safe way to explore night sky of Lapland. Please note, this safari ends very late (depending on the season, between 23:00 - 01:00). For young children, it can be difficult to stay awake so late. Explore three favourite Lappish activities during one day tour: husky sleigh ride, reindeer sleigh ride and ice fishing. Feel the huskies’ speed, enjoy a traditional Lappish journey with reindeer, and spend time as the Finns do: drill the hole through the thick ice and enjoy ice fishing. With good fishing fortune, you might catch lake trout, for example. A warm soup lunch will be served in a cozy restaurant. Taste of Lapland is a wonderful early-winter program where you get to experience Lapland’s most popular bucket list activities all in one package.
The program is perfect for families, groups of friends and couples.
It includes a visit to a reindeer farm and feeding the reindeer, a short 500-meter husky sleigh ride either on wheels or runners (depending on snow conditions) and meeting Santa Claus in his cabin.
After all the excitement of the day, you will be served a delicious lunch at our beautiful wooden cabin restaurant to finish our time together. Warm up, get comfy and enjoy some good food!

Reindeer are strong animals and have traditionally been used to pull loads. During this safari, you will experience this traditional way of travelling of Arctic people. Feel the speed with huskies in silent, snowy forest. Husky safari is an ideal experience for families, groups, solo travelers and couples. You are warmly welcome to enjoy this traditional way of travelling in the Arctic. Two people share one sled, and during the safari, you can change the driver. Children are sitting on the sled during the safari. The husky sleigh ride is about 30-45 minutes. In addition to the husky sleigh ride, you can spend time with the dogs and learn more about them. Huskies are friendly dogs that love their job! Our safaris are provided by our partner Christmas House Safaris.

Discover the traditional Lappish way of travelling, reindeer ride, and amazing natural phenomenon, Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights). Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of a sleigh ride. As the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, their visibility is not guaranteed every night. Nighttime tours are always memorable, and a guided tour is a safe way to explore the magical Lappish night. During the tour, you can feed and take photos with the reindeer. After the ride, we warm up with hot berry juice. Aurora Reindeer Safari is suitable for people of all ages and families with children (however, please note the late return time). This unforgettable husky safari takes you deep into the Arctic wilderness, where two people share one sled and have the chance to switch roles as driver and passenger during the ride. Children sit safely in the sled, enjoying the thrill wrapped in warm blankets. The husky sleigh ride lasts approximately 30 minutes — long enough to experience the thrill, but short enough to stay cozy.
Before or after the ride, you'll get to spend time with the friendly huskies and learn more about these incredible Arctic athletes. Afterward, we warm up by the fire with a cup of hot berry juice and a small snack.
The Aurora Husky Safari is suitable for adventurers of all ages, including families with children. Please note that the experience ends late in the evening, which may affect younger participants' routines.

There you migth see the only polar bear living in Finland, along with 50 other Arctic animal species, such as wolf, wolverine, lynx and arctic fox.
